Of course all of Clare’s Squares are decadent and impressive enough but if you want to give them an extra edge, here are three ways of enhancing your squares:
1 Brownie Sundae
Firstly, if you don’t already have chocolate sauce, you can easily make your own. Gently heat 100g of double cream for a few minutes but don’t let it boil. Turn off the heat and add 50g of dark chocolate. Stir until all the chocolate has metled.
Heat your Clare’s Squares Brownie in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Add a scoop of ice cream and drizzle over your chocolate sauce.
2 Banoffee Blondie Pie
For this one you will need a Clare’s Square Blondie as a base. I’d recommend either butterscotch or cinnamon.
Add a layer of caramel to the blondie, top with slices of banana and more caramel.
To finish off, pipe or spread whipped cream. You can make your own by whisking double cream with icing sugar and a dash of vanilla.
3 Cookie Dough Ice Cream
For this one, you’ll need a Cookie Dough Square.
Simply cut your square into chunks and mix into ice cream – even better if its homemade ice cream!
